Abstract and Paper Submission
Call for Abstracts
Authors are hereby invited to submit Abstracts in English Language of not more than 250 words. Abstract should be structured to contain: Title, Names and Affiliations of Authors, E-Mail and Phone number of Corresponding Author and 4 to 6 Keywords. It must be concise and give information about the purpose of the study, method used, major findings and conclusion.

Authors of the abstracts which met the sub-themes criteria of the conference will be contacted to submit the full paper for peer review by the International Scientific Committee.

Accepted full papers that meet the journal standard shall be selected for publication in a Scopus indexed accredited Conference Proceedings or Journal at additional cost.
Kindly note that some of the accepted papers for ICACCR, 2025 held at University of South Africa, which were selected based on the recommendation of the International Scientific Committee have been published in Materials Research Proceedings – a Scopus indexed Proceedings which can be accessed from https://mrforum.com/product/icaccr2025/

The organisers of ICACCR 2025 would like to invite presenters to submit either full papers or extended abstracts for presentation. Only TWO submissions will be allowed per person. The conference will be hybrid (onsite and online) based, availing opportunities for international participants who cannot make it physically to the conference to present online during specially organised virtual sessions.
Submission Categories
Option 1: Full Papers (6-8 pages): Full papers of 6-8 pages should be submitted, providing detailed descriptions of original contributions that are not currently under review elsewhere.
Option 2: Extended Abstracts (2 pages): Authors who do not wish to submit full papers can submit extended abstracts of 2 pages, which will be featured in the book of abstracts but not included in the proceedings. These abstracts should encompass all essential elements, including references, figures, etc.

Publication of papers
The proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Advances in Cement and Concrete conference will be published in the periodical Materials Research Proceedings.
MRF publishes peer-reviewed papers written in good English only. Each paper will be reviewed by two experts in the field. The results of the reviewing process will be communicated to the corresponding authors who will be asked to make any required changes and submit the final version of the paper. Only topic related papers are accepted. Authors should also take note of the limit of 6 – 8 pages per paper, which is the limit set by the publishers.
By submitting the manuscript for publication, the authors agree to license their manuscripts to MRF in accordance with the MRF Proceedings License. Should the papers contain figures or tables taken from other sources, it is taken for granted that the authors have solicited the respective permissions for reproduction from the corresponding publishers.

Important note: Only paper which have been presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings. Details about the publication of the papers will be added soon.
